Last updated: September 12, 2026

It also describes the privacy choices and rights that may be available to residents of the United States.
Because the Website is operated from Spain, European Union data protection laws may also apply to our processing. We do not intentionally request or collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, government identification numbers, or health information. Please do not include medical, financial, or other sensitive information in messages or comments.
4. Sources of personal information

- From service providers and business partners, such as hosting, security, analytics, video, advertising, and affiliate service providers.

6. Legal bases when European law applies
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or other European law applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent, including for non-essential analytics, advertising, embedded media, and similar technologies where required.
- Legitimate interests, including operating and securing the Website, preventing abuse, responding to general inquiries, improving content, and financing the Website, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, when you request information relating to a possible transaction or service.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
7. How long we retain personal information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account the nature and sensitivity of the information, legal and contractual requirements, security needs, and applicable limitation periods.
- Contact requests: generally until the request is resolved and for up to 12 months afterward, unless a longer period is needed for legal claims or legal compliance.
- Comments: while the comment remains published or until deletion is requested, subject to limited retention needed for moderation, security, or legal claims.
- Technical and security logs: only for as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting, generally no longer than 12 months unless an incident or legal obligation requires longer retention.
- Analytics and advertising information: according to the applicable provider settings, the duration disclosed in the Cookie Policy or consent platform, and your privacy choices.
- Consent and privacy-choice records: for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate and honor your choices and comply with applicable law.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete or deidentify it, unless retention is required or permitted by law.
8. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

- Analytics and technology providers: including Google, when Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, or related services are enabled.
- Video and embedded-content providers: including YouTube and Google, when you choose to load or interact with embedded content.
- Advertising providers: including Google AdSense and participating advertising vendors, if advertising is enabled.
- Affiliate networks and merchants: including Amazon or other merchants, when you follow an affiliate link. These third parties generally collect information on their own websites under their own privacy policies.
- Professional advisers: such as legal, accounting, or technical advisers, when reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Government authorities and other parties: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- A successor or transaction participant: in connection with an actual or proposed merger, sale, restructuring, financing, or transfer of all or part of the Website or business, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, when analytics or personalized advertising technologies are enabled, making identifiers and Internet activity available to advertising or analytics providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. See Sections 10 and 11 for your choices.
9. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
The Website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, scripts, and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, analytics, embedded content, security, and advertising. Where required, non-essential technologies will not be activated until you make a choice through the consent platform.
You can accept, reject, or manage non-essential technologies through the consent platform and change your selection at any time using the permanent Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices link available on the Website. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies.
For details about the technologies used, their purposes, providers, and duration, please review our Cookie Policy.
10. Advertising and Google AdSense
If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled, Google and participating vendors may use cookies, IP addresses, online identifiers, and similar technologies to select and display ads, limit ad frequency, measure performance, create reports, detect fraud and abuse, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.
You can manage advertising-related choices through the Website’s consent platform. You may also review certain Google advertising settings through Google My Ad Center. Information about how Google uses data from sites and apps that use its services is available at Google’s partner sites and apps page.
11. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable law applies to our processing, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain access to it.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Obtain a portable copy of certain personal information.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or processing for targeted advertising.
- Opt out of certain profiling used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently use personal information for this type of decision-making.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. We do not intentionally use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require this option.
- Appeal a denial of a privacy request, where applicable.
- Receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
To submit an access, correction, deletion, portability, or appeal request, email info@optimizatudia.com with the subject line “U.S. Privacy Request” and describe your request and state of residence. To opt out of cookie-based selling, sharing, or targeted advertising, use the Your Privacy Choices or Cookie Settings control on the Website.
We will verify your request using information reasonably related to the request. We will not request more personal information than necessary for verification. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, but we may require proof of authorization and direct confirmation of your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within 45 days under many U.S. state laws. Where European law applies, the ordinary response period is one month. Extensions may apply when legally permitted.
We do not charge a fee for valid privacy requests unless permitted by law, such as when a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
12. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Because there is not currently a uniform legal or technical standard for other browser-based “Do Not Track” signals, the Website may not respond to those signals. You may still use the privacy controls described in this Policy.
13. Supplemental notice for California residents
This section supplements the rest of this Policy. It applies when the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), applies to our processing.
During the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Policy, we may have collected the following categories of personal information, depending on which Website features were active:
| CCPA category | Examples | Sources and purposes | Categories of recipients |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email address, IP address, cookie IDs, and online identifiers. | Collected from you, your browser or device, and service providers to respond to requests, operate and secure the Website, record preferences, and support analytics or advertising when enabled. | Hosting, security, analytics, video, advertising, and other technical service providers; authorities when legally required. |
| Internet or other electronic network activity | Browsing history on the Website, pages viewed, interactions, referral source, browser and device information. | Collected automatically to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Website and, when enabled, to measure or personalize advertising. | Hosting, security, analytics, embedded-content, and advertising providers. |
| Approximate geolocation | General location inferred from an IP address. | Collected automatically for security, localization, analytics, and advertising when enabled. | Hosting, security, analytics, and advertising providers. |
| Inferences | Interests or content preferences inferred from browsing activity. | Generated by advertising or analytics providers when personalization is enabled. | Advertising and analytics providers. |
The business and commercial purposes for collecting, using, and disclosing these categories are described in Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10. Our retention criteria are described in Section 7.
For California disclosure purposes, contact identifiers and communications are generally retained until the request is resolved and for up to 12 months afterward; technical identifiers, Internet activity, and approximate location used for security are generally retained for no longer than 12 months; and analytics, advertising identifiers, approximate location, and related inferences are retained according to the provider and cookie durations disclosed through the consent platform and Cookie Policy. Information may be kept longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, address a security incident, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
As of the effective date of this Policy, we do not sell personal information for money. If personalized advertising or similar cross-context behavioral advertising is activated, identifiers, Internet activity, approximate location, and related inferences may be disclosed in a manner that is considered “selling” or “sharing” under the CCPA. You may opt out using the Your Privacy Choices or Cookie Settings control. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA. We do not offer financial incentives or price or service differences in exchange for personal information. We also do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes as described by California’s “Shine the Light” law.
14. International data transfers
The Website is operated from Spain. If you visit from the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in Spain, the European Economic Area, the United States, or other countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your state.
Where European data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will rely on a legally recognized mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses, or another valid transfer mechanism, together with supplementary measures where appropriate.
15. Embedded content, including YouTube
Some pages may contain embedded content, such as YouTube videos. When you load or interact with that content, the provider may collect device information, online identifiers, usage information, and other personal information under its own terms and privacy policy. Where required, embedded content and non-essential technologies will remain blocked until you provide consent.
16. Affiliate links
The Website may contain affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link, you will be directed to a third-party merchant, such as Amazon. The merchant may collect information and use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy to attribute a visit or qualifying purchase. We do not control cookies placed on a third party’s website.
For additional information, please review our Affiliate Disclosure.
17. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to websites and services operated independently by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy, security, or data practices. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing personal information or using its services.
18. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet transmission, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
19. Children’s privacy
The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review the matter and delete the information where appropriate. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.
20. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, providers, Website features, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
